- Comprehensive the characteristic of biomass, To design 1 set biomass pyrolysis system to output 1000kg/h oil. The system consist of circulation fluidized bed combustion system, Pyrolysis system ,Condensate system, Separating system and Auxiliary System. biomass is sent to pyrolysis system. Intensively mix with heat carrier and reacted to produce gas (include Gaseous oil and Noncondensing fuel gas ) and charcoal .Hot Gas pass into condensing system through Separating system. Gaseous Oil is collected by condensing system. The rest fuel gas is sent to combustion system after purifying .the fuel gas from combustion system can be used for drying wheat straw . Try your best to reduce the humidity of biomass In order to avoid water from wheat straw mix with oil. To reasonable design and control straw stay and reaction time inside reactor have wheat straw convert to oil efficiently .Below is the diagram
