moisture content of the material. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually
supported by steel beams.
2015 CE approved stable running high efficiency industrial rotary dryer can be used to dry the following material:
a. Sawdust, grazing, leaves, sugarcane biogases, and animals’ wastes and so on. And it can be
used in Chemical Plant, Mine, Metallurgy and other industries. For example, the ore, the scoria,
coal, metallic powder, phosphor fertilizer, sulfur.
b. 2015 CE approved stable running high efficiency industrial rotary dryer can dry the granule materials which have special requesting and
must dry in low temperature. For example, Vesicant; Light Calcium Carbonate; Active Dust;
Magnet Powder; Plumbago and so on.
During the Drying Process, the best moisture content to pellet and briquette is about 13-15%
and 11-12%, the function of the Rotary Drum Dryer is to make the crushed pieces with suitable
moisture.The Rotary Drum Dryer is made up of Direct or Indirect Biomass Stove, Main Rotary
Drum Body, Screw Conveyor, Cyclones, Air-locks, Fans and matched Pipes which can realize
to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%.
