Small Sawdust Drier is the industrial dryer employed to reduce or minimize the liquid moisture content of the material 60%-10%.HGJ-Series Small Rotary Drum Sawdust Drier Dryer can be used to dry the following material:
a. Sawdust, grazing, leaves, sugarcane biogases, and animals waste and so on. And it can be used in Chemical Plant, Mine, Metallurgy and other industries. For example, the ore, the scoria, coal, metallic powder, phosphor fertilizer, sulfur.
b. It can dry the granule materials which have special requesting and must dry in low temperature. For example: Vesicant; Light weight Calcium Carbonate; Active Dust; Magnet Powder; Plumbago and so on.
The best Moisture to make briquette is 8-12%; while 14-16% moisture is the best to make pellet. So when the raw material with moisture is over the standard need, you will need to choose the suitable Dryer to evaporate the extra moisture.

The drying time of Rotary Drum Dryer is 3-5 minutes, while the Air-Current Dryer only needs 3-5 seconds. So the Air Current Dryer is suitable to dry the raw material with moisture less 30%.
