It is used to get copper granules and plastic granules separately from auto electric wire, motorcycle electric wire, commuter wire and other miscellaneous cables, communication cables etc. Their diameters are generally below 20mm.

Working process of Copper wire cable crushing separating machine for recycling copper granules
1. Put wasted cable into the crusher machine, they will be cut into granules first. during this process, copper and plastic are separated but still mixed together.
2. Then the granules are sent to air seperator for separation, according to the gravity difference and through air blow, the copper and plastics are separated successfully and comes out from different sides.
3. At last we collect the separated pure copper and plastic.
