CE approved waste toothpaste tube recycling machine/ aluminium plastic
This machine is used to recycle all kinds of aluminum-plastic material,such as waste medical blister, bottle caps, food packing bags,aluminum plastic film/foil, toothpaste tube, aluminum plastic cable and so on. This production line includes three parts: crushing and grinding system, dust collection, and high voltage electrostatic separation. The principle of high voltage electrostatic separation is based on the different electrostatic property. Different material has different electrostatic properties so they can be separated. The recovery rate is over 99%. The capacity can be customized as clients’ request. Physical separation is good for environment without harmful gas or chemical liquid released.
Working principle of CE approved waste toothpaste tube recycling machine/ aluminium plastic
Firstly the crusher crush the aluminum plastic plate into 0.5 cm pieces, then the milling machine mills the material into powder, through circular vibrating screen, the qualified powder will be delivered by Air conveyor to the electrostatic separator. The separator machine can ensure the aluminum and plastic recovery rate surpass 99.9% . The whole process can be realized in one production line. Fully closed operation and physical recycling method ensure no environmental pollution.

This system equiped cutter type crusher, air conveyor, Grinding machine+vibrating screen+ Cooling water machine, Electrostatic separator and pulse dust collector .
Recovery rate of aluminum plastic recycling machine can surpass 99.9%, purity of aluminum can be over 98%-99.8%.

As we all know, the knives in the crusher is quick-wear part, so our factory use SKD-II knives which has the characteristic of wear-resisting and durability.

Grind the pieces of aluminum plastic material to power.
The power will be send to vibrating screen by air conveyor.
If its size meet demands, then it will be send to the electrostatic separator directly.
If not, it will be send back to grind machine until its size is qualified.

The qualified power of aluminum and plastic will be send to electrostatic separator, because metal have electroconductivity, but plastic do not have this character. So they are separated completely. And aluminum purity can be 98%-99.8%.

In the whole process, when crush the cable and separate the copper and plastic, there is much dust in the air. Due to the pulse dust collector,we can collect the dust effectively and avoid dust pollution.

Our factory is located in Gongyi city and we have sales office in Zhengzhou city at the same time.It takes about 2 hours from Xinzheng airport to our factory and half an hour from Airport to Our office.
