Briquette is made by residuum of forest and farmland,after a serious process that can be transformed into briquette with different shape.
Sawdust,wood chip,bamboo chip,wood bark,tree branch,walnut shell,cotton stem,rice husk,bagasse,maize straw,etc all can be crushed at first, the size of raw material must be less than 6mm, but the rice husk and sawdust don’t need crushing. The initial density of raw material is about 60-350kg/m, but after the transformation, the density will be 1100-1400kg/m, so we can find the density after pressing will be ten times more than initial density. Otherwise the high density briquette can restrict the burning speed and prolong the burning time, because the compacted inner structure can prevent oxygen inflow so that the thermal efficiency should be improved into 30%-40%.
The briquetting speed is high, about 60cm per 20s,the impeller of screw press is made by special wearproof material,so the service life will be ten times more than traditionnal model ;the forming unit is made by high strength alloy, the service life can reach more than one year; advanced technic can not only save the usage cost, but also save the human labor.
Size of raw material must be inferior 6mm, the bigger size material could be crushed at first, our company can also provide sawdust crusher. Biomass screw press request dry raw material to make high quality briquette, the natrual moisture had better be inferior 14%, the best is 10%.
To make the charcoal briquette, after the sawdust briquette screw press, we must put them into carbonization furnace.
Nota: biomass briquette to make charcoal briquette must be the hollow bar which was made by biomass screw press ,the biomass briquette made by hydraulic press can’t be carbonized.
