SawDust Dryer 

Sawdust dryer also known as sawdust drying machine, it is applied for the solid raw material which has flow ability.  We have the special design for drying wet moisture fiber raw material saw dust .Application Initial moisture below 50% .The whole saw dust drying machine is consists of Hot wind Stove ,Material feeder ,Drying Pipe .Drying Cyclone .Cyclone separator ,Fan ,Control system ,This sawdust drying machine could dry the damp sawdust into optimal moisture 8-14% for making biomass briquette and charcoal briquette .

Working principle

The damp/wet fiber  raw material like sawdust from sawdust crusher or after crushing wood particle  through the material feeder conveyer to the drying pipe .and flue gas or heated fresh air enter into the drier at the same time.They are mixed fully.The damp sawdust are passing the drying pipe .Then the wet moisture will be separated from the material . The dried finished products discharged from cyclone separator, the whole system could be operated at Negtive pressure air pressure of the fan .our special design could have excellent drying result; we have more than 20 years working experience.

Low  Drying Temperature

The inlet hot air temperature could be 100- 180 °C.

The outlet hot air temperature could be 80-100°C

Mostly the temperature will be depends on the damp/wet initial moisture and special character .

1,Drying the damp /wet saw dust into optimal moisture (8-14%)for making wood briquette .

2,Drying the damp/wet saw dust into optimal moisture (8-14%)for making biomass wood pellets

3,Drying the wet wood flour into best moisture(below 3%) for making WPC products
