1. Product Description
Charcoal extruder machine adopts screw extrusion principle. Under certain intensity, compress the coal powder or prepared charcoal into a cylinder or plum blossom. Coal powder can be fully utilized and reduce fuel coal to a large extent. Moreover, charcoal bar with less pollution and easy to transport. It takes full advantage of crop residue to alleviate pressure ofenergy shortage.
The final prodcut with characteristics of high ensity, samll volume, good conbustibility. It can replace the fuel wood and fire coal. In generally, the external diameter of the product is 50-60mm, bore diameter is 15-20mm. It can make hollow four angles, six prisms, ball, particle shape, and honeycomb briquette.
The requirement of Raw Materiel
Ø The moisture must less than <12%
Ø To crush raw material achieved length≤5mm size, diameter ≤3mm
