Introduction of sawdust drum drying equipments
Sawdust drum drying equipments is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cement, mine, construction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control the Fertilizers Rotary Drum Dryer temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner temperature of fertilizers rotary drum dryer ( generally 250-350°C).
Features of sawdust drum drying equipments
1.Sawdust drum drying equipments has a big capacity, low cost and energy consumption. it is heating resistant, the hot air can flow into the dryer rapidly.
2.The machine has a flexible capacity .There is no need to change the equipment even if the
production is a little bigger .With the match of adjustable tug structure and hoop , attrition and energy consumption has been reduced sharply .
3.The block wheel structure also cut the thrust brought by the inclination of the machine in working.
4. The cylinder roller could always operate stability, with the capacity of anti- overload.
Application of sawdust drum drying equipments
This machine is widely used for drying variety of materials such as wood, building materials, chemical plant, coal powder, clay stone and so on. This dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blade,driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.
Working principle of sawdust drum drying equipments
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to thelower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
