Production Description of charcoal ball briquette
The ball pressure machine is also known as roller briquette machine. Along with the diversification demands of customer, the traditional two rollers briquette machine can be upgraded into four rollers, that used twice molding strategy. This way not only improves the roller pressure, but also increases briquette hardness. Moreover, except for mechanical type, we also offer the hydraulic type pressure machine. It is the best choice for some of the material not easy shaped materials, such as dry powder, iron powder, fertilizer. It means that we add a hydraulic cylinder on the roller briquette machine.

Widely application of charcoal ball briquette
Ball pressure machine is mainly used for compaction of powder material which is difficult to form. Its characteristic is molding pressure. The main engine revolution can be adjustable, equipped with a spiral feeding device. It is mainly used for pulverized coal forming; powder molding; coke powder molding; iron and various metal slag powder molding etc. In addition, this machine has an extraordinary effect for easy comparison of materials, such as coke powder, iron oxide, remove dust, coal, powder metallurgy, sponge iron carbon products.

Working principle
Ball pressure machine is compost of three parts: feeding part, transmission part, and forming part. The constant feed pressure of the machine makes pellet quality stability.
1. Feeding part is mainly used for quantitative feeding top ensure the uniform material into rollers.
2.Transmission part. The principal drive system can be regarded as an electric motor-triangle strip - reducer - exposed gear - rollers.
3.Forming part mainly refers to host part, its core part is rollers. Two rollers can be regarded as a core part of molding part which can be powered by the reducer to rotate synchronously and oppositely. When raw materials fall into the two rollers, the high pressure can press and mold it into required shapes.
Moreover, our mechanical plant provides various molds, such as a square, oval shape, pillow shape, bread shape, cylinder, bar shape, egg shape, round shape, etc
