Biomass burner for drying equipment
WD series biomass burner, which designed and manufactured by our company, is the main equipment that uses
biomass for energy conversion. It is the best choice of the energy saving and upgrading production of coal stove,
electric stove, oil furnace and gas furnace.
Biomass burner characteristics
(1) complete combustion and high efficiency: Boiling gasification combustion Gache line with the wind swirling design
makes complete combustion burner, the combustion efficiency of up to 95%.
(2) Safe and stable combustion: equipment in positive pressure mode operation, do not occur the phenomenon of
backfire and fire off.
(3) Heat load adjustment range: burner heat load at rated load 30%-120% range quickly adjust, start fast and
responsive.
(4) Wide raw material adaptability: All kinds of biomass raw material, which moisture less than 30% and size less
than 30mm can be used in this equipment, such as corn stalks, rick husks, peanuts shells, corn cobs, sawdust, wood
shavings, paper scrap etc.
(5) None-pollution and obvious environment benefits: Use renewable biomass as fuel so that achieve a sustainable
use of energy. Adapt low temperature staged combustion technique, which makes the emission of NOX, SO2 and
dust is very low.
(6) No waste emission such as tar and wastewater: Adapt high temperature gas directly combustion technology, tar
and others will directly combustion in the form of gaseous, that solve the technical problem of high tar emission from
biomass gasification,avoid the water secondary contamination from washing tar.
(7) Simple operation and easy maintenance: Automatic feeding and wind ash, simple operation, small workload, only
need a single person on duty.
(8) High heating temperature: This technology uses three times with the wind, to ensure the flow of the jet region
normally under the furnace pressure in 5000-7000 Pa.
(9) Wide application of the equipment: WD series burners are used as residential boilers, small electric station boilers,
furnace boilers or other heating devices.
(10) Low investment and low operation costs: WD series biomass burners has reasonable design structure. Low-cost when transfer for other furnace use, and the working costs of heating is 30%-40% lower than coal-fire boiler and 50%-70% lower than oil-fired boiler.
