2. Description
Brown aluminum oxuide is electrically fused in an arc furnace from a mixture of bauxite at high temperature. It has brown color, high hardness and great toughness. The abrasive tools made of brown aluminum oxide are suitable for grinding carbon steel, normal alloy steel, malleable cast iron and hard bronze.It used for refractory aluminum oxide lining mixture, pouring materials castable,etc.
P Series: P16-P2500, 27 Grit Numbers
F Series: P14-P1200, 30 Grit Numbers
3.Advantages

4. Applications
The abrasive tools made from brown fused alumina is applicable to non-ferrous materials with tensile strength, such as nonferrous metals, wood, leather, plastic, rubber, stone material, gray
cast iron, silicate material (glass, ceramic, concrete and refractory matter), etc. Adding a proper amount of black
silicon carbide as deoxidant during the smelting of steels can significantly improve the quality of steels. Due to its heat resistance, resistance to chemical attack and thermal shock resistance, it is widely used in high quality
refractory matter and other industries.

4) 20ft container: 5.85m X2.23m X2.15m, 28cbm, can load 20-25tons brown fused alumina.
5) 40ft container: 12.05m X2.12mX1.96m, 50cbm, can load 30-35tons brown fused alumina.
