Description and Use:
Brown aluminum oxide Perhaps is the most commonly used abrasives for sandblasting, surface prep, carving and etching. Brown Aluminum Oxide is tougher than White Aluminum Oxide and is not very friable, it does not break apart easily and keeps its shape and cutting edge.
It can be used many times after the initial blast. An excellent choice for preparing a hard surface for painting. Harder than most other abrasives it can penetrate the hardest metals and sintered carbide.
The fast-cutting action minimizes damage to thin materials by eliminating surface stresses caused by heavier, slower-cutting media blasting grits.

Brown aluminum oxide Applications
1) Abrasive: Produce ceramic grind wheel, resinoid grinding wheel, Grinding stone, Grinding block, sand paper, sand cloth, sand belt, polish wax,etc..
2) Refractory material: Mainly used for abrasion and high temperature resistance,in oxidizable aggregate and filling of shaped and monolithic refractory in steel metallurgy, various industrial stoves, electric furnace
3) Sandblasting abrasive: Mainly used for various material workpieces to decontaminate, de rusting, prevent corrosion, remove oxide skin etc..
4) Abrasion resistance ground: Mainly used for non-slip of airport and road, chemical factoryboard paving.
5) Precision casting: Investment casting technics of stainless steel and aluminum casting in coating.
Please use respiratory protection when handling abrasives.
