YX Trading: Yes, Client can design their own printing artwork and send to us, or we print as per Yaxin's current printing artwork and logo.
2. Can we have the size of charcoal as per our actual needs?
YX Trading: Yes, Client can request the size of charcoal as per their needs, and informed us before making sample or production.
3. Can you shorten the production lead time?
YX Trading: We may adjust (shorten) the prodction lead time as per client's special request, according to the production line. As you might know, our production line is always occupied by orders, however, we will do our best to satisfy you! Pls don't worry!
4. What is your payment term?
YX Trading: Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before production, balance by T/T after insepction passed and before delivery.
