Option 2: Give us your address of China Agent if you have, and the phone no., basic info. of product like shape/size/weight/color etc., we will send to your agent at our earliest convenience, you just need to pay the express cost, sample is free of charge.
3. Can you do OEM order?
Yes, absolutely we can.
4. Can you make the charcoal as same as ours?
We cannot garantee currently, but of course we will do our best to make it close to, even same as to yours.
5. Can you print our designed logo / artwork?
Yes, we can.
6. If I don't have logo/artwork to provide to you, what will you print?
We will print our nomral logo / colors. But before printing, we will send the artwork for your reference firstly.
7. Can we have the size of charcoal as per our actual needs?

8. Can you shorten the production lead time?
