Mesh belt dryer

Mesh belt dryer is a kind of batch,continuous production drying equipment,its mainly heating solution includes electric heating,

steam heating and hot air heating.The mesh belts are made by 12-60 mesh steel wires.The main principle is that the materials is spread uniformly on the mash-belts,transmission device will drive the meshbelt into reciprocating movement inside the dryer.Meanwhile,the hot air will flow 

and touch the wet materials,the evaporating steam will be discharged into air by special site,the dryer can be made into all the 

steam ar discharged,the material will achieve the purpose of drying.In order to save the project site,the dryer can be made into 

multi-layers.The widely used dryer is 2 rooms with three layers or 2 rooms five layers,length is 6-40 m,effective width is 0.6-3.0 m.
