Wood pellet production line
1.Mold upward,vertical feed:This unique design can avoid sawdust be stuck in granulating room,conducive to heat dissipation. Ring die fixed,roller assembly roating,sawdust material centrifugal,enenly distributed around.
2.Belt transmission: Super high efficiency motor drive belt pulley, have large inertia to drive roller roating,stable operation, nearly not vibration,easy to maintain,compare with gear drive, low invest and long useful life.
3.Independent automatic lubrication system:Lubricate the bearing and rollers,increase bearing service life and improve production efficiency,reduce energy consumption.ensure work continuous 24 hours.
4.Siemens frequency conversion motor or domestic brand:International warranty, long service life.
5.SKF bearing or domestic brand:High precision, high speed, low noise, long life.
6.Granulating room cooling system: As the pelletizing process will generate high temperature, it will reduce the service life of die and bearing.By add blower and cyclone,this cooling system can avoid it happened.
7.Energy saving,high yield:The biggest advantage is this type pellet mill only need very low power consumption,Such as MXLH-750 only need 90KW motor,can achieve a high wood pellet production capacity,customer test production capacity 1.5-2t/h,this design will help user save production cost.
8.Ring die lifting device:Including lifting device,so very convient to change new ring die and roller assembly by lifting device,save labor and maintance time.
The Raw material of Wood pellet production line
Sawdust,wheat straw,rice straw,corn stalk,rice husk,coconut shell,palm fiber and palm shell, sunflower stalk,forestry wastes,wood chips and other very hard wood ect,also can press fertilizer pellets from animal manure,plant waste,chemical waste ect .
