- Induction furnace is in tilting cylinder-shape structure.
- The inductor can be replaced when the molten zinc liquid is kept in the power-on heat-holding furnace.
- The cylinder-shape furnace body has high strength and low power loss and the dross over the molten surface can be removed by slightly tilting the furnace body;
- Using two single inductors (2*1000kw), easy for replacement and long service lifetime;
- Applying self-developed refractory ZLD-520 for inductor, the refractory material is made of Al2O3 and SiO2, sintering layer having the ability of self-coalescence to ensure the inductor’s service lifetime;
