Workshop Used Overhead Travelling Crane
The auto crane is used to load and unload the cathode/anode and transfer them to washing and stripping solution. It mainly consist of car body, lifting rack, rail, washing unit, contacting washing facility, liquid collection wheel, lifting facility, handrail and platform.
High positioning accuracy: Equipped with laser ranging and mechanical measurement, the crane accurate position in cell, and the PLC can real-time monitor and adjust the crane operation.
Convenient loading and clamping function: The crane lifting frame can exchange the positions parallel or vertical to cell three directions by electrical push rod, and grantee the lifting hook accurate positioning.
High performance efficiency, completely automatic: High performance PLC control, make sure auto adjustment and interlock between crane and other facility, convenient supervision and maintenance, high automatic operation degree
