High Recovery Zn Sulfide Ore Zinc Pressure Leaching Oxygen pressure leaching tank
Zinc Pressure Leaching Process(ZPL) is the most advanced Zinc leaching technology in the world. During pressure leaching process, the Zn sulfide in concentrate will be turned into Zn Sulfate conditioned by proper temperature, acid amount and oxygen pressure etc. Then the Zn Sulfate solution will be precipitated and electro-winned to produce Zn; The S in concentrate is turned into elemental S in residue which can be further purified as a S product for sale.

- 3.2m2or larger cathode plate
- Automatic crane/cathode stripping /anode flatten system
- 11m Polymer concrete electrowinning tank and mist control system
- Automatic Zinc melting-casting-stacking-packing system
4. Leaching tank
The leaching tank, which is constructed of carbon steel shell and Acid resistant brick lining, is distributed into 6-8 chambers.
The milled concentrate slurry, with sulphur anti - packing reagent, will be pump into 1# leaching chamber. And the depleted electrolyte will be pump into 1# and 2# chambers. 98% oxygen and steam will be injected into each till oxygen pressure reaches 700kpa.
