1. General Introduction
With advanced technology in inductor structure, refractory materials, electricity control and run of furnace, our which furnace shows great performance during its application.The furnace is widely used for melting, heating, and heat holding of Zinc metal to provide qualified Zinc liquid for casting industry.
2. Features
- Induction device is demountable structure: there is a flange between inductor and furnace, the other joint bolts installed in open-style slots, easy to quick demount.
- Melting groove molding is the unique patent technology of wooden molding, the shape and dimension optimized, the liquid metal flows very stably in the groove, assure to minimized the temperature difference of the liquid metal in ditch from that in the furnace, and avoid the erosion of excessive movement to the melting groove, and assuring the inductor’s lifetime. Open the liquid metal stove, after inductor forming, bake it from low temperature to high temperature gradually with resistance wire, make the inductor refractory material be dry and sintering, connect stove, and fill with liquid metal, supply power to run the furnace. Which can avoid the melting groove rapture and refractory material cracking, ensure one-time-run furnace successfully. Compared with metal moulding melting groove, the advance technology will avoid zinc leakage that happened to fail the second plugged hole after lifting of mould at the bottom of melting groove. The inductor will last its lifetime.

- Inductor’s iron core is high quality silicon steel, the iron loss will be greatly reduced.
- All furnace wall is integral casting with low cement, with good integral performance, no leakage of zinc, no sticky residue, and better performance.

a. Overvoltage and Overcurrent protection ensure electric device run in safe and long lifetime.
b. The inductor will alarm and run power-off protection device when the cooling temperature overheat.
c. Adopt 500V power, reduce Oscillation, circuit line losses and power consumption..
d.Automatic control function of furnace: thermocouple collect the signals of furnace temperature, send it to temperature control display device, the limit scope of furnace temperature pre-set, the temperature control display device will send signals to change inductor’s voltage shift automatically, adjust inductor’s output power, to make the furnace temperature be stable among the pre-set limit scope. Prevent overheating and reduce metal burning loss.
- Computer numerical simulation technology optimize the design of melting groove.Inductor is the key component of the cored inductor furnace, the quality of inductor melting groove decide the service lifetime directly. Our company collaborates with Central South University, adopt Computer numerical simulation technology to optimize the design of melting groove, the shape and dimension is perfect, liquid metal flow reasonably in melting groove, ensure to minimize the difference of temperature of liquid metal in melting groove from that in furnace, avoid the erosion of excessive movement to the melting groove, and ensure the inductor’s lifetime.
- High Power cored inductor furnace safe protection function.
a.Overvoltage and Overcurrent protection ensure electric device run in safe and long lifetime: Adopt output control digital ammeter and digital voltmeter, monitor the system and real-time display. Upon overcurrent and overvoltage happened, the system will send an alarm signal to run protection device.
b.The inductor will alarm and run power-off protection device when the cooling temperature overheat: Use thermocouple to monitor the air temperature of inductor, when the temperature exceeds the pre-set limit scope, alarm immediately to protect inductor from damage, meanwhile, they system also monitor cooling device in real-time, upon run in fail, the system will stop heating and alarm.
