1.Description Of Wood Pellet Machine:

Die and rollers are made of high quality wear resistant alloy steel.These two parts have the following characters: particular design, reasonable structure, low energy, high efficiency, long service life and so on.
2.Usage Of Wood Pellet Machine:
This product is mainly applicable for difficult molding materials with low adhesion rate, for example rice
husk, sunflower husk, peanut shell and fruit shell; branch, stem, rind and other wood waste; a variety of
crop stalks; rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials. It can be used in feed mill, wood processing
plants, power plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants etc.

6.Structure Of Wood Pellet Machine:
Firstly this machine adopts Siemens motor direct connection, the motor is connected to the gear shaft
through the shaft coupling, after 90 degree rotation by the gear, the horizontal motor will drive the
vertical principle shaft, and then the shaft will drive the roller to press the die inner face to finish
pelletizing.
