The material of 90%-95% alumina is the highest temperature resistant block .

 

But the lowest temperature also can achieve in 1000C

 

Honeycomb Ceramic Monolith Charactor:

1)It has advatange of high surface area, high heat capacity, low thermal expension, corrosion resistant and temperature

resistance, widely use in chemical, metallurgical, gas and environmental protection industries. Main application are:

a.Tower packing-high surface area, uniform distribution fluid, high efficiency of mass transfer.

b.Catalyst carrier-reduce the oxidation temperature of VOA in purification of industrial exhaus gas.

c.Thermal regenerative packing-good heat capacity, saving energy 40-70%in RTO system.
