4.Physical properties: White crystalline powder or (flaked crystalloid) flaky crystal. Specific gravity: 2.220. It may lose crystal water when heated to 109°C. Soluble in Hydrochloric Acid and Nitric Acid, and slightly soluble in water (1.8%,30°C). It commonly contains free Phosphoric Acid and (features hygroscopicity) has hygroscopic property. (Its) The water solution is acidic.

6.Usage: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement, chelate agent etc,such as leavening agent for bakery, buffer and fermenting agent for bread and cookies, fruit acid solidification, yeast food,improver for meat,etc.Also could improve saccharification and fermentation in brewery.
7.Packing: it is packed with plastic bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8.Storage and transport: Store in a dry and ventilative warehouse; Keep away from moisture and poisonous substances. Handle with care.
