Description of the Spray Granulation Dryer:
This spray granulation dryer is a kind of fertilizer equipment that integrates spraying, granulating, and drying into one. Based on the ammonium phosphor engineering spray granulator, Right Machinery Company, cooperating with Nanjing Chemical Industry (Group) Company Institute, has developed this special spray granulation dryer for sulfenyl NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium) compound fertilizer. Meanwhile, this dryer has incorporated granulating, drying, internal sieving, internal crushing, and internal returning into one body. Furthermore, this spray granulation dryer has features of new type, high efficiency, and energy conservation, etc.
Working Principle of the Spray Granulation Dryer:
1.A lifting-type combined shoveling plate with a toothed top is equipped in the spray granulation section and the drying section. And this shoveling plate can help materials form well-distributed curtain.
2.Under the effect of pneumatic nozzle, the material slurry is sprayed into the drum, where the slurry can evenly glue to the fine particles in the curtain, and after that they are gradually dried and finally granulated.
3.After internal sieving and external sieving, the finished fertilizers enter into metering packaging system.
4.Unqualified large particles are crushed again, and then reenter into the top end of the drum through external recycling system. Meanwhile, the fine powders directly reenter into the top end of the drum through the recycling device that is at the end of the drum, and at the top end of the drum, the fine powders will be further granulated and dried.
