Description of Organic Fertilizer Production Line:
This organic fertilizer production line (organic fertilizer equipment) is designed based on advanced, mature and complete equipment technologies. Features
1.Precise batching
The dispensing system is controlled by computer and weighed by electronic equipment. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and additives in BB fertilizers are measured by the proportion of independent .Each metering device can set more scientific, more reasonable and more stringent ratio according to the difference of content among nitrogen ,phosphorus, potassium and additives. It is possible for us to make proportioning accuracy reach≤±0.2
2.Uniform mixing
We use special inside helical structure and unique three-dimensional structure to mix and output materials, thus avoiding finished products getting separated .Apart form that, our equipments can not damage the practical shape of original materials and have a high degree of uniformity. As to the rapid speed of getting and outputting materials, it improves the product’s quality and market competitiveness greatly
3.Accurate packaging
Mixed materials, based on predetermined weight , will be put into bags and then transmitted to workstation to be seamed automatically
