Spray Granulation Dryer
Spray granulation dryer is a kind of fertilizer units that integrates spraying, granulating, drying in one. It can be used individually or in combination with other fertilizer equipment.
Characteristics of Spray Granulation Dryer
1. Based on ammonium phosphor engineering spray granulator, Right Machinery Company together with Nanjing Chemical Industry (Group) Company Designing Institute developed spray granulation dryer.
2. Our spray granulation dryer is a kind of new type, highly efficient and energy-saving granulating drying equipment which incorporates granulating, drying, internal sieving, internal crushing, internal recycling and some other processes into one.
Operating Principle
Spray granulating section and drying section are designed with elevating type combined shoveling plate whose top end is toothed. The shoveling plate continuously scoops up the materials, making the materials form an even curtain.
Slurry is sprayed into the drum under the action of pneumatic nozzle, glued to the fine particles in the curtain evenly, and then gradually dried and granulated. Through internal sieving and outside sieving, finished products enter into metering packaging system.
The unqualified large particles are crushed again and then sent back to the top end of drum by external recycling system for further granulating and drying. While the fine powders go back to the top end of the drum directly through internal recycling device for further granulating and drying.
