Working Principle of clay pellets drum drier
clay pellets drum drier is consist of heating device, feeding device, transport device, discharge device, dust extraction device and other connecting parts. For the installation process, the clay pellets drum drier should slopes slightly so that the discharge end of clay pellets drum drier is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the clay pellets drum drier under gravity. Material to be dried enters the clay pellets drum drier, and as the clay pellets drum drier rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the clay pellets drum drier. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of clay pellets drum drier, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
