Structure:water tank and milk tank.
water tank is divided into two layers,the upper layer is cool water,the below layer hot water,the cooling can be done with cool water,ice or compressor.
Milk tank is divided into three layers,the outside layer is to keep warm,the middle layer is hot water pasteurizer,the inside layer is milk.
Working process of milk sterilizer machine
the temperature of water and milk is set up.water temperature surpass the set temperature,the cold water is into the hot water pasteurizer by circulating water pump.if the water temperature is low,the hot water is put in by circulating water pump,in this way,the temperature is remaining the set one.
On the top of milk tank,there is mixing device,which is to make the milk hotted evenly.
