2.Description of rotary screen:
This series of rotary screen are always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetite And nonferrous metals including Lead, Zinc, Gold and Silver etc. This machine works in a re-circulating network with Ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its efficiency is twice as that of Spiral Classifier.
3.Rotary screen application:
1) Quarry:suitable for screening and classifying gravel,clay,mountain meal,sand,gold,etc.
2) Coal Industry:suitable for screening and classifying lump coal,coal dust,coal washing,etc.
3) Chemical,Mineral-selecting Industry:suitable for grading and classifying lump,powder substance, etc.
4) Metallurgy,construction and other industries.
4.Rotary screen features:
1) It is suitable to separate various materials included poor quality of coal, coal slime, or soot.
2) It do not require special facility and suitable for various material feeding methods.
3) It has higher efficiency by the installation of comb shape screen structure.
4) Cylindrical shape of screen provided larger surface area which has higher possibility of materials to contact with the screen mesh; therefore, it has higher capacity and more effective.
5) It is a energy saving equipment.
6) The equipment is fully sealed with a cover to minimize the suspension of fine material in the air during the operation, able to avoid working environment pollution.
7) Since it is covered, less noise pollution during the operation.
8) It is durable and low maintenance cost.
9) The checking and the maintenance are easily to process through opening on the cover.
5.Working Principle of rotary screen:
Rotary screen is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. After the material into the drum, on one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different numbers of meshes. The different materials fall into different hoppers and then are sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor.
