The lime slakers we design produce a high strength lime slurry from dry quicklime at a substantial savings. The heart of the slaking process is a torque-operated water valve which automatically maintains paste consistency of the lime being slaked. Featured with manual or automatic Controls for varied control options and having an integrated design system, they require less vertical headroom. They are easy to install and their simple mechanical water control valve maintains paste consistency.
We produce two types of lime slakers, one is the drum type lime slaker, the other is the sprial mixing type lime slaker.
