New Design Concrete Electrical Pole Mold
Telegraph pole mold is one of the important pole production equipment. It is not only the shape of the mold but also the pre-stressing device. It is original in structure. Its position fixing is made by radial tongue-and-groove and axial taper pin. Manufactured stage by stage and binded by bolts at last, concrete electrical pole mold is characteristic with the advantages of easy transportation, quick assembling, correct position fixing, good rigidity and smooth working.
The mould of prestressed and nonprestressed concrete poles has the advantages of high strength, good rigidity long service life and being easy in transportation, quick in assembling and simple in maintenance.

This concrete electrical pole mold features and advantages:
1. Saving a great deal of steel, about 30~70% (employing cold drawn steel wire can save 30%~60%; employing high stress steel wire can save 40%~69%).
2. Rigidity increases 1~3 times.
3. Crack resistance can increase about 3~5 times.
4. Reducing the cost (using cold drawn steel wire can reduce 25%~40%; using high stress steel wire can reduce 12%~21%).
