High efficiency wood pellet making line with cheap price
Wood pellet making line is the complete biomass pellet production line from raw material crushing to final biomass pellets packaging. 2.Raw Materials Application:
Biomass waste(a variety of spices of trees, lumber, timber, shrubs, sawdust, saw shavings, twigs and branches). Sawdust, groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases, caster shells/stalk, coffee husk saw dust, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, tobacco waste, mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, leaves, grass, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and other kind of agro wastes(rice husks, corn cobs, peanut shells, sunflower seed shells, coconut shuck, coffee grounds, straw stalks, cotton stalks, palm empty fruit bunches).
3.Industrial Application:
This biomass wood pellet line is mainly used for civil heating and living energy plant, power plant, bath center, etc.

Complete wood pellet production line contains: Wood chipper,hammer mill,pellets mill,drying machine,cooling system,packing machine and so on.
1).Grinding section-wood chipper and hammer mill
Raw material include the following materials :such as trees, palm,branches,grass,straw, olive husk, EFB, rice bran and so on. Wood pellets were made by powder materials, the trunk and branches of trees must be crushed into small chips by wood chipper, then hammer mill grind wood chips or sawdust into powder before granulating.
2).Drying section Dryer
The usual moisture of the wood is 40-50%, and the pelleting materisl should be 15%, the redundant moisture must be dryed by this machine, our new type of the dryer with high efficiency, and giving best drying with low cost.
3).Pellet Making Section
Biomass pellet machine takes biomass waste as raw material to make pellet fuel which is a kind of renewable energy replacing fossil fuel. Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes. Wood pellet machine is used to process raw materials into wood pellets. It is the key component of the whole wood production line, which can decide the capacity of the whole wood pellet line .
4). Cooling Section
The pellet with high temprature output form the pelleting machine, about 70-90 degrees Celsius, the cooling machine is needed to reduce the temprature for the pellets storing, our counter flow cooler is the usual type of the cooling machine for the pellets, it can give the better result in a short time, with low energy cost.
5). Screening Section
Sieving (remove the dusts and crushed pellets).
6). Packaging Section
This machine is needed for the wood pellets production plant, that make the pellet in best storing and transporting, reducing the break of the pellet wood.
7).Electric control cabinet
Control the whole pelleting system.
