New direct driven rice husk pellet making machine for farm equipment
MZLH series is a kind of rice husk pellet machine. MZLH series rice husk pellet machine can process various of raw materials such as corn straws, wheat straws, rice straws, peanut shells, corn cob, cotton stalks, soybean straws, weeds, napier grass, sawdust and grain husks. After they are crushed, compressed and shaped, we get final finished pellets. As a replacement of firewood, raw coal, fuel oil and liquefied gass, it is widely used for heating, life stoves, water boiler, industrial boiler and biomass power plants.

1. Features & Advantages
a. Main transmission of the machine adopts the high precision gear transmission. The ring die uses the quick release clamp type which improves about 20% efficiency compared with that of belt driven.
b. The whole machine uses the high quality imported bearing and oil seal, making the transmission efficient, stable and low noise.
c. Internationally advanced level compensatory type snake shape spring coupler characterizes with novel and compact structure, safety and low malfunction.
d. The specifically made feeding structure makes the raw materials get into the machine in an even and reliable way. It is designed especially for the pelletizing of the light materials with the proportion of 0.3-0.6g/cm3.
e. The whole machine equips with overload protection device which fully take into the consideration of the protection to the main machine in the process of making pellets.
f. The rotating speed of the feed auger can be adjusted which can be suitable for all kinds of capacity requirements.
g. Alloy steel ring die is manufactured by adopting internationally advanced equipment and technology. Its has long service life, the finished pellets are smooth with better quality.
h. This machine is equipped with die hoisting device. Users can change the die easily.

Biofuel pellets are usually used for civil heating and living energy, pellet stove, pellet boiler, power plant, bath center and biomass industrial boiler.
