The project case for 3t per hour rotary drum dryer:
1. Customer requirement:
Materials: sawdust. Water content before drying: 50%
Water content after drying:12%
Capacity: 3--3.5t per hour.
II. Working principle of the machine:
The hot temperature flue gas generated by the high temperature stove is fully burned and cleaned by the purifying room.
And it lowers down to 350~400℃ and directly goes into the inner body of the rotary drum dryer. The materials are sent by
the conveying devices into the rotary drum dryer and achieves the fair current drying. The materials are brought up by the
shoveling plate and fell down in a spiral way to go through heat transfer. In order to fully take advantage of the heat, uniform
type lifting board are installed inside of the rotary drum dryer, making the hot wind and materials fully contact and dry.
Then materials move to the another end of the rotary drum dryer and get out.
III. Drying equipment parameter
A. Model: φ1800x22000xδ12mm
With 1 set of speed regulation motor with power of 18.5kw
And 1 set of reducer(model 650, including the uniform type lifting board).
B. Hand operated coal hot air furnace+1.5 level purifying room. Coal burning is 420kg/h. The combustor area is 4.35m2,purifying room is 6.53m2. Heating load is 6.08 million btu.
C. Cyclone specification: 3 sets of φ1000x4000(including the flap valve and 1set of flue-dust retailer).
D. Flue gas induced air fan specification: 4—72 8D 2#
