Animal feed grain processing pre-cleaner machine for sale
Drum precleaning screener ( SCY series ) is a kind of animal feed pre-cleaner which is mainly used in the primary or last working procedure in feed pellet making production. After raw materials are crushed by hammer mills, they are conveyed into animal feed pre-cleaner. By classifying method, qualified pellets are extracted. Unqualified pellets and powders are sifted out and again crushed and pelletlized.
This animal feed pre-cleaner machine is also used as grain pre-cleaner, which is used to remove some impurities from grains such as corn, wheat, soybean, barely etc.

1. Features & Advantages
a. Drum precleaning screener's classfying effect is obvious and good with high efficiency of more than 99%.
b. Adopting horizontal arm cylindrical screen. This machine's screen drum consists of feeding classfying device and discharging classfying device, which respectively adopts different sieve pores to achieve ideal sifting efficiency.
c. This machine adopts reversing feeding way and the discharging deviced inside the screen drum is installed screws, which achieves full classifying effect and avoids dressed timber sneaking into impurities.
d. Drum precleaning screener has lots of advantages of low power, high capaciy, stable running, compact structure, small occuppied area and so on.
