Speciaility:
CYZ series pumps are explosion proof pumps, with self-spriming about 5 m. Has a simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, stable operation, large displacement, high efficiency, easy to adjust, widely used, etc .
Application:
With explosion-proof performanc, CYZ pumps can transfer gasoline, kerosene, diesel, kerosene and other petroleum products; methanol, ethanol, alcohol and other flammable and explosive liquid.
With a big capacity, CYZ pumps suitable for land oil depot and oil tank truck, and other equipments of oil transportation.
As centrifugal pump, CYZ pumps can transfer salt water and fresh water well, can be used as bilge pump, if this kind of pump were on the Titanic, it would not sink to the bottom of the ocean.
Structure:
This kind of pump is axial liquid pump body structure, Pump body includes suction chamber, the liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, the liquid hole, gas-liquid separation chamber, etc.
Pump bearings are single-row radial ball bearing. Cooling chamber is at the base of pump bearing, seal ring is inside of the pump. Shaft end adopts mechanical seal.
