Applications
HBG-50 rebar rib stripping and rolling straight thread machine tools, specially developed for large rebar machining by the company, are mainly applied for machining construction engineering rolling straight thread heads with ribs. As the key equipment to realize rebar connection, it can machine φ12-φ50mm HRB335-500 ribbed rebar
Features
Optimized headpiece improvement greatly improves the machining precision and working efficiency of φ36-φ50mm rebar thread teeth, effectively solving the technical difficulties of machining φ36-φ50mm rebar, such as twisting and deformation on the top (thread tooth expansion), high loss of fittings and low machining efficiency;
Completing machining of rebar threads at one time and the teeth of the machined threads are rich and smooth;
Innovative headpiece structure design, adopting straight shaft stepless circulated adjustment, effectively reducing the loss of rolling thread wheel;
Adopting unique spiral angle lifting technology, convenient and rapid for thread tightening, improving working efficiency;
Three points in one line, high concentricity, high stability;
Rebar realizes easy feeding, automatic return after thread rolling of the machine tools, daily production of 600-900 pieces of thread heads every day;
Long guide shaft design, machinable rebar screw length ≥120mm.
