The high shearing emulsifier is capable of distributing several phases, which usually are insoluble to each, into another continous phase efficiently, evenly, swiftly. Due to the strong energy driven by the high velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects from the rotor, the materials subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal squeeze, liquid friction, impact, tear, and comprehensive force, the mutually insoluble liquid, solid and gas phases are evenly, finely dispersed and emulsified immediately. By repeating this process continously, stable and high-quality compound products formed.

Self-pumping throughputs of 20 to 15,000 litres/h.
No Bypassing
Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.
Interchangeable Workheads
Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used.
Materials of Construction
Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel .
Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.
Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, Tri-clamp, etc.).
Sealing
Doulbe-end mechanical seals are selected according to the process requirements, under high pressure working condition the matching sealing liquid pressurized can is needed.
Cleaning
All Farfly In-Line mixers are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
Cooling
Cooling jacket structure as standard.
