High Shearing battery slurry dispersion machine
The high shearing dispersion machine is capable of distributing more than one phase into another continous phase efficiently, even-ly, swiftly, whereas, usually they are insoluble to each. Due to the strong energy caused by the high velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects of the rotor, the materials subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal squeeze, liquid friction, impact, tear, and comprehensive force, the mutually insoluble liquid, solid and gas phases are evenly, finely dispersed and emulsified immediately. By repeating this continously, we get stable high-quality products and endure long service life.
Main Features
1) Module design, convenient to set or dismantle, low cost to change accessories.
2) Working chamber with 2,4,6 layers of rotor with stator are optional for selection according to different application.
3) According to working process condition, single or double-end mechanical seals are optional; and matching sealing liquid pressurized can is needed under high pressure working condition.
4)Motor and working head are flexible connected, the bearing could adopt lipid or lubrication.
5)Outside jacket of the chamber could be heated or cooled.
