Super Stable softener JL-DTB
[Brief Introduction]This product is a new generation different traditional silicon based softeners, and it is environment friendly for not containing APEO. Hand of the fabrics treated with this product is more full, firm, soft and smooth. And no yellowish is produced by using the new product. In addition, the safety and stability of the operation solution are improved, and the phenomenon of adherence to roller and floating oil are avoided by using the product.

Solubility: Readily soluble in water

Imparts ultra-sensitive, soft, smooth and full feeling to the treated fabric

[Application embodiment ](The suggested process is for reference only)
1,Padding process: Two dips and Two Nips or One-dip-one-nip(5~30g/L JL-DTB)→ (wet pickup)70%→100℃, drying→150℃×30s
2,Impregnation Process: JL-DTB 0.5~3%(O.W.F)20~40℃×10~20min→Tumble drying→oven drying
Keep pH of the prepared operation solution in 5~6 to improve absorbency of the fabric

[Important Note]
1. Stir to mix well before using and keep the container of the left product sealed for using next time. In order to guarantee the validity of the prepared operation solution, we suggest use the solution immediately after the preparation.
2. Keep the tools, bunker and the equipment clean, and prevent staining.

The product has a shelf life of 12 months in cool, ventilative and dry place below 35℃
