Polyester fluffy lubricating agent JL-19-A
[Product outline] This product is a high grade lubricating agent. It can give excellent effects of softening, lubricating, fluffing to fabric. This product can also give the fabric high whiteness and the ability of antistatic. This product is suitable for soften after-finishing treatment of polyester and acrylic fabrics.
[Technical specification] Appearance: White emulsion
Ionicity: Weak positive
PH value: 7±0.5
Solubility in water: Compatible with water in any rate
[Characteristics] 1,Excellent lubricating and softness.
2,High efficiency of fluffy
3,This product can improve brilliance of fabric. The whiteness which has strict requirements to colored light, can hardly change color through using this auxiliary finishing.
4,Can improve the radiance of the fabric.
5,This auxiliaries has ability of antistatic ., especially suit for after- finishing treatment of polyester and acrylic fabrics.
6,This product can bath with cationic and nonionic auxiliaries but not with anionic auxiliaries.
[Application method]Suggested amount: For padding: two roll two odd lead
Amount used: 10-20g/L
Rolls over rate: 70-80% 100℃(stoving)
For dipping:1-2%(o.w.f) 30-35℃*20min
[Storing and packing]Package:50KG, 125KG in plastic drums
Storing: Keep in cool and ventilative warehouse for 6 months
