 High Temperature Leveling & Repairing Agent

[Brief introduction]

Not containing APEO, this product is a good environment friendly product domestically holding the lead. And the product performs well in repairing the unleveling dyeing problems of polyester such as mottled appearance, tint mark and staining.

Composite mainly of aryl ester

Appearance: Light yellow liquid

pH: About 5

Ionic Nature:Anionic.

Solubility in Water: Readily emulsifying dispersible in water

[Outstanding Features]

1.Suitable for dyeing of polyester and its blends; 

2.Suitable for all high-temperature-high-pressure machines; 

3.Displays the function of carrier at high temperature, enhancing the diffusion and migration of dye molecules

Possessing super retarding and migrating properties, the product is used for repairing mottled appearance, 

tint mark and staining. It levels and repairs the dyeing by promoting transferring of the dye molecules from 

high concentrated area the low concentrated part. The amount to add for repairing mottled appearance is 5-10% of that add to original dyeing formulations. Avoiding the strip-redye process, the process is very simple. 

[Reference Dosage]

Slight dyeing defects    0.5-1g/l

Serious dyeing defects   2-3g/l

Repairing Temperature 130-135℃,maintaining the temperature for 20-40min

[Important Note]

Stir to mix well before using, keep the container of left product sealed.

[Package and Storage]

120KG in plastic drums. Keep 12 months in room temperature.
