Anti-staining soaping enzyme JL-518-6
[product outline]
This product is used for active dyestuff dyeing and printing washing soaping eco-friendly concentration soaping
enzyme, special high polymer component and bio-enzyme, no react dyestuff and hydrolysate molecule chromophore
group decompose, reduce deep color residual liquid chroma, remove loose color, chelating dispersing ability, avoid hydrolyze dyestuff soaping re-staining, improve dyeing textile wet fastness, reduce washing times after soaping,
this product no foamability, without foam when finishing.

st performance higher when get same color fastness (soaping enzyme 0.2g/L, common soaping agent 2g/L)
2.It could shorten the washing and soaping process after reactive dyestuff dyes to reach the aim of water conservation, energy conservation and time conservation.
3.Compared with conventional soaping agent, it will reduce the frequency of washing, diminishing the waste water emission.
4.It will endure the dye fabrics with better washable and perspiration resistant property, wet fastness and dry rubbing.
5.Especailly when the first residual liquid of deep color turns light yellow, the following water will be clean very soon.

Anti-staining soaping enzyme JL-518-6 secondary vat dissolve in water before add soaping bath, dilute with cold water,
not add directly. Do not store long time after dilute, effect will be reduced. In process, prohibit overcommit this
product, for high requesttextile of soaping fastness and rubbing fastness ,add soaping enzyme JL-518-6 add high
temperature soaping.
[reference dosage]
Anti-staining soaping enzyme JL-518-6 dosage according to dyestuff kind and condition, 0.1-0.4g/L in general,
with cold water
dilute add to soaping bath before use, hot washing, soaping 20 mins when temperature 85-90oC .
[packing and storing]
packing: 25kg polywoven bag inside lining plastic bag.
Storing: store in cool dry windy, normal temperature sealed can keep 6 months.
