Function:
Stroboscope based on a certain frequency of light flashes quickly .
When you observe high-speed rotation or movement of objects
by stroboscope, You can see the object is slowly move or quiescent oppositely by adjusting the strobe flashing frequency to same or approach as the speed of objects measured . This phenomenon of persistence of vision, people can easily isochronous observe visual objects moving at high speed .
