Function:

Stroboscope is a light source which is quick flashing with a certain frequency. In stroboscopic instrument observation high speed rotation or movement of objects, by modulating stroboscope flashing frequency, and the measured object rotating or moving close to the speed of the object to be measured and synchronization, while at high speed, but it is the slow motion or relative rest. Attention:
