Description:
Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new conveying machine, which is the latest novel kind of pump. Compressed air as the power source, it can be use in any corrosive liquid, liquid with particle, high viscosity, easy volatile, inflammable, highly toxic liquid.
There are four materials in Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump: plastic, aluminum alloy, cast iron and stainless steel. The diaphragm pump will adopt different materials, such as Buna-N rubber, Chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, PTFE, according to the different liquid and to meet customers’ need. Place in all kinds of special occasion; use to pumping the medium which the general pump cannot do so. And it is gain a satisfied effect.
Thus the above features that pneumatic pump possessed, this kind of pump is gradually invaded other pump market when it is born and cover a part of it. Such as painting, ceramic industry, printing industry, the pneumatic pump has an absolute dominant position.

- Because it is using air as power, the diaphragm pump does not heat and produce sparks; suitable for use in flammable and explosive environment.

Used for coating, circulation, transmission of water-based ink printing machine, gravure printing, flexo printing and the ink on the compound machine, glue, and the liquid with particle, inflammable liquid.
