Working Principle:
The antistatic ion bar can produce plenty of positive & negative ions, which can neutralize the products’ ions that go through the ion radiation area. When the products surface with negative ion, it will attract radiation area’s positive ion; when the products surface with positive ion, it will attract radiation area’s negative ion, so that static on products surface will be neutralized, and then eliminate static electricity.

It is suitable for anti-static in a flat occasion like thin material processing, slitting, coil stock, etc.

1. operating point must connect ground well
2. do not use the bar under inflammable and explosive environment
3. do not repair by yourself
Cleaning method
After using for some time, there is dirt retention on bar’s ion needle and copper tube wall, it must clean at regular intervals, and must turn off power supply when clean.
