Powerful Cleaning Agent 9800+

Characters:

1. Effectively remove stains, prevent blocking version

2. Strong decontamination, clean thoroughly, efficient and rapid

Functions: Cleaning the adhesive residue on the Dry Laminating Machine’s anilox roller.

Usage:

1. The daily cleaning is washing the anilox after use, soften and dissolve the adhesive residue with the Roller cleaner.
2. First pour the Group B cleaner (small bottle) into the Group A (big bottle), mix it evenly.
3. Use the brush to dip some mixed cleaner, wet the anilox roller, and then wait for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
4. Waiting there appears the foam materials, use the brush or brass brush to sweep the fluffy material tenderly, till clean it.
5. If the cleaning is not thoroughly, you can clean it again.
6. Finally use the clean wet cloth to wipe the anolix, till clean.

Note:

1. The best using time limit of the mixed cleaner is 7 days.

2. Match Group A and Group B according to your actual dosage need respectively (matching ratio: 10:1).

3. Because of some special ingredients in Group A are apt to solidified, so must heat it into liquid before using, and then start matching.

4. This product is stimulating and corrosive, so while operating you should wear protective glasses and gloves, and prevent inhalation the steam.

5. Do not splash into eyes or skin.

6. In case splashed into eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately, and go to the hospital.
