Japan Sansaikako Cleaner for Anilox Roller
Description:
This product is designed for gravure and composite,a best performance of anilox cleaning agent, which is compounded by German imports of raw materials (excluding sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chloroform and formaldehyde) for two-component adhesive has solidified, it has the effect of dissolution, swelling, fall off !

Usage:
Method One:
When cleaning the anilox roller, which is long time not to clean, slowly turn the anilox, use the brush dipped in the cleaning agent, from left to right, from top to bottom, painted the whloe anilox evenly with cleaning agent. Then wait 10 to 15 minutes and paint again. Make sure paint the agent evenly on the whloe anilox. About 30 minutes, the two-component adhesive on the anilox surface will be dissolved, swelled and falled off. Then wash again with water or solvent! Anilox is clean.
If you check the anilox cell shapes are still dark or has light yellow color, which is rust because of long time not cleaning. Then you need to use the brass wire brush to clean 3~5 times.
Method two:
If you clean the anilox every month, paint the agent on the anilox evenly, waiting for 10~15 minutes, then wipe up cured adhesive, which has beendissolved, swelled and falled off on the surface. Then wash again with water or solvent, namely can!

Notes:
1.Before using this product should wear protective glasses and rubber gloves! If skin contact with cleaning agents, immediately wipe or rinse to clean with a cloth!
2.This product is mainly cleaning for cured two-component adhesive! Ineffective for not curing two-component adhesive or one-component glue, be read carefully before using!
